At LEATHERSHIRE, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our premium leather goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the leather item in its original protective dust bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization slip is included inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our artisans inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
